I was born in Sardinia, Italy, and grew up surrounded by the natural beauty of this uncontaminated island in the heart of the Mediterranean.

In 1996 I came to London to study dance.

After some years working in tourism and leisure I realized that in order to be happy I needed to truly express myself and be myself.

Inspired by the contact with nature, which I so sorely missed, and the desire to help people, I decided to qualify as an aromatherapist.

I trained at the Institute of Traditional Herbal Medicine and Aromatherapy (ITHMA) in London, and am a member of the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA).

My teacher and mentor was Gabriel Mojay, widely credited as the guru of Oriental Aromatherapy, due to his original Five Elements approach to this art.

To him I am forever grateful: his passion is contagious and his knowledge awe-inspiring, and I am thankful for the life-changing experience.

I qualified in Indian Head Massage with the London Centre of Indian Champissage International.

I learned this amazing therapy from the late Narendra Mehta, the incredibly gifted pioneer who brought it to the UK from his native India in the Seventies.

I most recently qualified as a reflexologist with the International Institute of Reflexology (IIR) and am a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR).

My teacher there was Hagar Basis. Her warmth, competence and experience make me feel privileged to have learned from her.

I live in South London, and run clinics in Brixton and Clapham.

I want to create a space where people can relax, open up and be themselves without fear of being judged.

I really believe that complementary therapies can support us throughout every stage of our lives. Whether you have any particular concerns or not, I hope that after a treatment you will agree with me.
